So tomorrow I start really attempting to get in shape for my holiday. I'm not overweight but I could tone up and lose a bit of fat. So from tomorrow, I'm limiting myself to eating only fruit, veg, chicken, fish and brown bread/rice/pasta (but not too much!). I'll also be drinking a hell of a lot of anything with caffeine in, which some people see as a bad thing but it has serious benefits, nettle tea to help detox a tad and the worst bit... the gym for at least 2 hours a day, 3 hours if I don't get too bored. I'm not doing it to lose weight, purely to get rid of some of the fat in my body. I'm about 20% fat, which apparently is 'healthy' and a bit less would make me 'underfat' but I don't think having that much fat can be really that good... unless it was all in my boobs.

Okay, so it's not
officially summer just yet but the weather has been scarily good in England, and after two plus months of sunbathing and eating ice-cream, I think it's safe for us to put our finest summery items on.
Usually, Luella is my absolute favourite, offering me exactly the style I love but this year, Moschino Cheap & Chic has a gorgeous collection of day and night frocks. A beautiful set, something for everyone. I want them all!
